Receive a prompt stating the file version is not compatible with my version of Windows.Ensure that your Windows version meets the minimum requirements for running the game (Windows 10 or higher, or other Windows versions with DirectX 11 installed). In addition to the error message above, you may also encounter a black screen or no response.
Can I use other types of devices?Currently, the game only supports Windows. It does not support Mac, emulators, and other controllers.
The game crashed while running.Please ensure that your device meets the requirements to run the game and try closing other programs running in the background. You can also restart your computer before running the game again. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service.
Are my purchases shared across PC and mobile?PC and mobile game data (including purchase data) are fully shared across platforms, allowing you to purchase on any device and use the purchased currency and items across all devices. As such, all purchase restrictions are also shared across all platforms. You can check more details in the FAQ page.
How do I make payments on PC?Purchases can be made via Midasbuy's website. After clicking purchase in the in-game Purchase interface, the Midasbuy payment page will be opened in your default browser. Enter your Player ID (you can find this in Settings > Basic, and copy it) and select your region and payment method to complete the payment.
